WORLD-CLASS HIGH PERFORMANCE PROJECTS
Integrated Green has combined both good business and environmental responsibility, putting the best international practices to work and creating the most advanced projects in New England.
As developers, we have been among the first in the Northeast to develop sustainable buildings exclusively. No better example is our Taft Hill Project.
Buildings are designed for sustainability and performance from the ground up. With sophisticated analytical tools, accurate predictions of energy savings and carbon footprint can be made before ground is broken.
The business goal is not only to provide a superior return, but to ensure that owners, residents, tenants, and the community also benefit from the advancements of these designs. As important, that the building will ask less from the natural resources around it.
We build with an eye on continuing evolving standards, so as the new technologies and best practices emerge, our buildings will be able to incorporate these innovations.

We are developers, designing and building not only green facilities that we will be proud to put our name on, but will be a model we invite others to copy. |

A MODEL FOR AMERICA
Setting the standards for maximizing energy savings, using resources ethically, and achieving best possible indoor air quality, Integrated Green’s goal is to inspire others to do the
same. Locally, they will be supporting the Massachusetts government in its implementation of green building codes for minimum standards of LEED and Energy Star® certification and will be working actively with local municipalities to help them implement green concepts in the community.
Our Taft Hill Manor project has qualified as one of a select group of participants in the prestigious Building America Program which is pushing the envelope for even higher standards of efficiency. By monitoring operations and providing data to the U.S. Department of Energy, we’ll be a source of information for best practices in sustainable construction and help set national standards for energy excellence. Working with Building America, Taft Hill Manor will be an integral contributor to a national goal to achieve zero energy facilities by the year 2020, and a catalyst for change in the home-building industry in America.
