With a background in law, business and real estate, Mr. Blum has earned a reputation for real estate projects that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly profitable, successful business ventures. Mr. Blum is a frequent speaker and spokesperson, recently presenting at the annual Build/Boston conference, sponsored by the AIA and the Boston Society of Architects. He is also a board member, advisor, and officer in a number of businesses and organizations. Mr. Blum is an attorney licensed to practice in Massachusetts and has a Construction Supervisor’s license in Massachusetts and a Real Estate Broker’s licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and is also a LEED AP. Mr. Blum obtained a BA from Saint Lawrence University and JD from Suffolk University Law School, and completed an executive MBA program from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Rosenberg has over 25 years of management and executive experience at Fortune 100 Companies including Ford Motor Company, Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Hewlett-Packard Company. He has earned a reputation as an insightful, problem-solving executive with extensive experience in finance and technology specializing in complex program management, business systems & controls, and business planning & analysis.

In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Rosenberg is also a licensed real estate professional and is a principal in several ongoing real estate projects. He has managed all aspects of real estate development including land acquisition, municipal and regulatory approvals, deal structure and financing, construction, and sales. This experience fostered his passion for sustainable buildings and renewable energy.

Mr. Rosenberg has been featured as a presenter at industry events including the annual Build Boston and Residential Design and Construction Conferences sponsored by the Boston Society of Architects.

Mr. Rosenberg is a Certified Management Accountant (Institute of Management Accountants) and a LEED® Accredited Professional (US Green Building Council). He earned his BS in Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from Boston University.

Ms. Alexander is a CSR specialist and was the original Founder/CEO of Green Life, Inc., a Green Consulting Firm committed to educating the public and corporations on how to build healthier, more sustainable lives and buildings for ourselves and future generations. Through Green Life, Lisa designed and implemented strategies to achieve the company’s vision through research, written articles, educational lectures, presentations, DVD’s, and other consulting and educational training programs for both home owners and business owners. She worked closely with community leaders and corporations to develop and successfully implement customized and fully functional Sustainable Environmental & Sociably Responsible Programs to reduce energy, waste, emissions, pollution, water consumption and carbon footprint.

While still in college studying engineering and business management, Lisa was recruited by a private Engineering firm specializing in Home Renovations. Although she loved her job, she soon augmented that with a BA in History and NJ Teachers Certification from New Jersey City University, NJ., where she graduated with Honors; Magna Cum Laude, and Phi Alpha Theta. While working on an addition to a home owned by a commercial TV producer, Lisa was “discovered” and spent the next ten years in New York having a successful print and TV career both in front of and behind the camera. By her early 30’s, Ms. Alexander had distinguished herself as an expert on home renovation was tapped to produce, write and star in her own television home improvement Show, “ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT”, which aired in 2000.

Dubbed by some of her contemporaries and journalists as “The Queen of Green”, Ms. Alexander can best be described as an expert in all things green including green building & renovations, corporate social responsibility, everyday sustainable living, and even organic cooking. Ms. Alexander writes regularly about Green Building and Sustainable Living for various local and national publications, lectures around the country, is often booked on National TV and Radio broadcasts as a Green Expert and appears every year on MSNBC’s GREEN IS UNIVERSAL week as an expert covering the US Green Building Council’s Greenbuild conference.

He is the founder of Michael Kluchman Landscape Architecture and has also worked for a select group of Boston area landscape architecture and planning firms. Sustainable landscape design and site technologies have been the focus of Mr. Kluchman’s career and he has been involved in many LEED and ecologically sensitive projects including: large commercial developments which are serving as LEED Certified Neighborhood Development Pilot Projects, site planning and design for LEED building projects, creating sustainable grounds maintenance guidelines for public and private institutions and designing award winning residential landscapes which feature sustainable site design and innovation. Coordinated the program development of the Medfield Department of Public Works and new Police and Fire building; Owner’s Representative on the following public sector projects, Worcester State College six story, 554 cars capacity precast parking garage. Included a 265 X 31 feet segmented retaining wall. Project was delivered on time and on budget; Harvard University 80,000 sq. ft LEED Platinum office remodeling project. Converted a heavy timber frame diary manufacturing plant into state of the art office space, project included two 1500 ft geo-thermal wells and a pollution cleansing vegetated bio-swale. Highest recycling rate in the nation and first platinum renovation in Massachusetts. Mr. Gallagher is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has spoken at Harvard University’s Green Campus Initiative Symposium; at Build Boston in January 2007 in reference to LEED construction site procedures and systems and at the West Coast Green symposium he presented a forum entitled “Greening the Construction Management Process”.
